Role of MyHomie
MyHomie is a tech-enabled real estate platform backed by a licensed Real Estate Agency (REA). We operate in collaboration with registered Real Estate Negotiators (RENs) from both our in-house team and trusted partner agencies across Malaysia. While we leverage smart matching technology to simplify the property journey, all on-ground transactions and negotiations are handled by licensed professionals to ensure compliance, trust, and quality service.
Agent & Banker Referral
We may connect you to property agents and financial service providers based on your submission. MyHomie does not handle loan approvals or property transactions directly.
No Guarantee of Match
Submitting this form does not guarantee a match, response, or property/loan offer. MyHomie will do its best to facilitate a connection, but final arrangements depend on market conditions, agent availability, and other variables outside our control.
Liability Limitation
MyHomie is not liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage, or dispute arising from interactions with third-party agents, property transactions, or financing agreements facilitated through external partners. We strongly encourage all users to verify agent credentials, review documentation carefully, and make informed decisions.
Right to Decline Requests
MyHomie reserves the right to decline requests that are incomplete, ineligible, or deemed not a good fit for our services at our discretion.
User Responsibilities
By using MyHomie, you agree to provide accurate and truthful information. You are solely responsible for the content of your submission, and any false or misleading details may result in disqualification from our matching services. You also agree not to misuse the platform for spam, solicitation, or fraudulent purposes.

All content, design elements, branding, and technologies used on the MyHomie platform are the intellectual property of MyHomie and/or its partners. Users may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or misuse any part of the platform without written permission.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes or claims arising from the use of the MyHomie platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
Modifications to the Service
MyHomie reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of its services or platform features at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of any such changes.
